Ontario fly fish guides and instructors

Larry has been fishing since the age of 3 and built his first fly
rod at the age of 12. Larry's fishing obsession came honestly
as his father was referred to as "S. Ontario's Rainbow Trout
King" during the 50's and 60's by the Ontario outdoor media
of the time.

He has spent the past 25 years as a dedicated volunteer
educating the public, especially school children, in regards to
improving stream habitat. Larry is the recipient of many
national and provincial conservation awards.

Teaching fly tying for the past 20 years has made Larry very
competent at the vise.

Larry enjoys fly-fishing for many species but his true passion
is targeting smallmouth bass and steelhead.

It becomes quite evident Larry's passion is fishing while
holding the highest respect for healthy watersheds and the
fishery resource.
